Running ‘Opinion’ Tips #2
When I run, I cant decide weather to inhale with my nose then exhale with my month or vice verse( maybe both are wrong I don’t know yet). It drives me crazy sometimes, So I thought I should look it up. I spent an hour or so researching ( more skimming websites). I found that many website were asking weather to breathe with there nostril or mouth. I don’t know the truth, but most people suggest mouth is this reason
Mouth Breathing:
- More air space than the nose
- Neil Armstrong breathe through his mouth
Nose Breathing:
- Its comfortable and easier
I will ask my coach for the definate answers when I got to school 1 week from now. I will also ask runners themselves, so you guys will believe me
Off Topic:

Route 2 – July 19
As usually I run mid afternoon which is for me around 12:00 (This is when the sun is directly on top of me…its hots, but I like it). I think this run is the worst I ever had, I wont lie to you (seriously).
Below: Google image of my route. Click on image to redirect to google maps.
Check the markers (balloon shape object).
Summary: Route #2
Cons:
- The air makes it hard to breathe in
- Many in coming traffic makes it hard for continuous running
- The places to stop..to get a drink of water is dangerous
Pros:
- Its very easy to find your way back if you are lost
- You attract a lot of attention ( I don’t know if I put this in the right place…)
